Owners Parking is located underground on B2 and can only be accessed with the parking key card.

Guests and employees may pay to park at: city parking meters, the adjacent City of Tempe parking garage on 4th street, or the B1 level of the Brickyard on Mill underground garage. Owners in the Orchidhouse do not receive discounts for guest/employees parking. Additional parking spaces can be rented from SP+ Garage managers, subject to availability and pricing.

To replace a lost or missing parking key card, please contact ASU Parking Gates at 480-965-6124 or by email at parking@asu.edu. After hours, call 480-965-0936.

Parking for authorized Service, Repair, Contractor, and Delivery personnel is located on the south side of the Orchid House building.  The point of contact is Team Security at 602-549-8326.

Parking for moving trucks is located adjacent to the white historic Church building, on the east side of the Orchid House Lofts, just east of the Brickyard Brownstones.
