As of 2019, the Orchid House Lofts board of directors are Karl Johnson, Mike Wasko, and Tom Tokoff.  Two board member vacancies are currently available, should an owner wish to volunteer to serve on the board. The term of service is 3 years.  The 3 Board Members are typically contacted by first calling Mike Wallen of Kinney Management at 480-820-3451 ext. 404.

The entire Brickyard on Mill is private property, including Orchid House Lofts. As such, Team Security provides private security guards for our building. The Team Security mobile phone number is 602-549-8326.  The head security guard for each shift carries this mobile phone at all times. Please do not hesitate to call Team Security to be escorted to the lobby door of Orchid House, as they are happy to provide this service, for safety reasons.  And if an otherwise harmless person is trespassing or sleeping in the Orchid House lobby or hallways, as sometimes happens, do not intervene yourself, instead call Team Security, and they will kindly remove them.
