In order to minimize the number of unregulated Delivery People walking our hallways, please meet freelance people delivering food, grocery, and other one-time items in the Lobby.  Credentialed Delivery personnel from USPS, FedEx, Amazon, Target, et al will naturally continue to deliver packages directly to your door.

For large format deliveries, such as large appliances or furniture, please make arrangements with the delivery company to deliver on the South side of the building (where the contractor parking is). We suggest that you also alert Team Security prior to delivery so they know to avoid any 'parking issues'.

For smaller packages, many delivery companies use the roundabout on 6th street... Orchid House has no input parking and ticketing in the roundabout. While it typically isn't an issue for a quick delivery, we suggest that arrangements be made to collect packages on the East Side of the building (between the Church and Brownstone Units).
