Welcome to the Lofts at Orchid House, downtown Tempe’s most unique Mixed Use Building.
Our residents include home owners, second home owners, empty nesters, commercial businesses typically operating Monday to Friday, their employees, tennants, and renters.
ABOUT
The Orchid House was constructed in 2001 - 2003. There are 83 residential and-or commercial lofts. The architecture of the Brickyard on Mill, including our Orchid House Lofts, closely resembles the historic Auditorium Building in Chicago, designed by architects Dakmar Adler, Louis Sullivan, and their draftsman, Frank Lloyd Wright.
